You will need

• 5 small white, battery powered candle

• A purple candle

• An Amethyst soaking in water

• Dried rosemary in a dish

Timing – Between Jan 21and February 18

Spell

1. Turn on the battery powered candies saying,

Big dramas you create, imagining catastrophes that just can’t wait. Calm down. Let it go. Your life is not a great theatre show. 

2. Light the purple candle, setting the amethyst water in front of it and sprinkling rosemary around it. and say,

Real life. needn’t be a fight. A tussle. panic, day and night.

3. Switch off the battery powered candies. Leave the purple candle to burn through and say,

This is real. Let what it be itself reveal.

Add amethyst-indented water to the tea or any beverage.
