Lakshmi Yoga arises when there is a connection (through conjunction or aspect) between the lords of the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 9th houses.

In the horoscope of Albert Einstein, a Nobel Prize laureate, there are several Lakshmi Yogas. Interestingly, one of them is formed in the 12th house: the Moon, ruler of the 2nd house, and Saturn, ruler of the 9th house, both influence the 12th house, which represents loss and charity.
