7 colored wax candles: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and white

Rose and lavender oils, diluted in slightly warmed almond or olive oil.

Light up a blue candle. Anoint with oil your throat chakra, saying, I am pure sound. resounding continuously as growing ecstasy

Light up a purple candle. Anoint why oil your third eye chakra, saying, I am pure light, moving beyond time, our bodies shall entwine.

Light the white candle. Anoint your crown chakra, saying, No longer two, but one.
