Mix the cake batter, saying

Blend in sugar violets, cinnamon and dried fruits, and rose essence, saying,

Abundance shares is twice as sweet, spread as trust equally. Name, reach out, my love, willingly.

When the cake is baked, share it equally, saying in your mind as you offer a slice to your partner (or a bestie), Do not store up love for rainy tomorrow, leave behind old fears and sorrows. As you eat, share life’s pleasures. Learn to give, not squirrel love’s treasures.

A sample cake you can make

Grind dried fruits, pour over port wine and leave for 2-3 hours.

Cover a springform pan with cling film so that the edges hang outward.

Grind cookies with nuts with a blender.

Whip the cream with a mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Add the ginger powder and beat for a few more minutes until stiff peaks form.

Blend sugar violets, cinnamon. dried fruits and rose essence.

Mix cream with sugar violets, cinnamon, rose essence and dried fruit and red wine.

Pour half of the crushed cookies and nuts into a form, put half of the cream on top. Repeat layers one more time.

Cover the cake with cling film and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.

Remove the dessert from the form and remove the film. Garnish with grated chocolate and nuts and sugar violets.
