Feast of Jonines. These are beautiful ancient traditions, songs, dances, weaving wreaths and meeting sunrises. These are the longest days and the shortest nights. Jonines will be celebrated in all large and small cities of Lithuania. In order not to oversleep anything interesting, use the poster of the brightest festivals in the country.

The festival of the shortest night and the summer solstice will be held with traditional songs and round dances, with weaving wreaths, dancing around the fire and meeting the rising sun. And performances of musicians and folklore groups will help to create the mood corresponding to the holiday.

In Palanga and Sventoji, the festivities continue throughout the week. Today in Palanga on the Samogitian hill in front of the Amber Museum there will be games and spells with weaving wreaths.
